At any time, you can review the status of your documents by navigating to the 'My Account' section and scrolling down to see the 'Verification Documents' section. Here, you can see whether the document has been verified, is pending review, or has not been verified. If the status is 'Pending Verification,' our Verification Team is currently checking it. If it shows as 'Not verified,' you will need to upload the requested document.
Below is a list of the most common reasons why our customers' document uploads are occasionally rejected and what you can do to address it:
Document Expiry:
Ensure that your identification document is not expired, and documents like utility bills fulfill the required validity (issued within the last three months).
Low Quality or Unreadable:
Check for readability before submitting the document. Accepted formats include digital photos, scanned images, PDFs, and screenshots, but they may be refused without specifying a reason.
Incomplete or Missing Information:
Capture the full document without cropping. Arctic Casino needs to see all four corners and essential information, such as address, date, and bank account number.
Name Mismatch:
Unless instructed otherwise, documents must be in the account holder’s name.
Business Bank Statement:
We require the bank statement of a private account; transactions cannot be conducted with a business account.
Unsigned Document:
Passports, credit/debit cards, and bank statements issued by the bank need to be signed.
Incorrect Document Type:
Arctic Casino only accepts specific document types, as specified in the requested notification.
If any of your documents are rejected, you will receive an email from us requesting the document again. Kindly upload the document, ensuring you have checked the above points and that your document meets our standard requirements.
